People from all walks of life may decide to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle.
And they choose a vegetarian lifestyle for many reasons such as:
It is often argued that a vegetarian diet is considered to be one of the healthiest.
Personally I believe that any diet in moderation and that concentrates on whole foods has the potential
to be very healthy.
But making sure that you have plenty of fruit and vegetables in your
diet can help to improve your health.
So for this reason I have no arguements with a vegetarian way of life - anything that promotes the eating of loads of fiber is always good in my opinion.
This must be a serious consideration especially in our western society where we are experiencing rises in levels of obesity. Obesity is linked to heart disease, cancer, type 2 diabetes and other critical diseases.
Alot of these problems could be reduced or prevented by following a vegetarian diet (or any healthy eating plan).
