Certain lifestyle choices can be made easy with the right information.

It is amazing just how much mis-information there is on the internet these days, from the Acai Berry scams to ridiculous claims of colon cleansing as a way to achieve weight loss!!

This is how this website came about. To provide a source of fitness training tips based on real science and not some incredible claims.


So if you are interested in improving your fitness or sports peformance.....

...or you are after information regarding recovery from illness or injury,

....or you just want to build muscle and reshape the way your body looks, then this site is for you.

And don't worry this site will also cover exercise and training for those more advanced in years as well, so don't be put off, thinking that it is only the young who can benefit from this site - because I shall have all age groups covered as well.


To help you succeed I shall provide information in order for you to make your own lifestyle choices. Without the hype and based on solid research.

Hopefully I will guide you through the maze of information available out there. My aim is to help you realize that you can achieve all of your goals by helping you make lifestyle choices one step at a time.

Whatever changes you can make are always a step in the right direction.

Remember this is important we cannot make all these changes at once!

It is far more effective to make one change at a time, we are not superhuman. Some main reasons as to why we may find it difficult to make the right lifestyle choices are:

  • Budget costs.
  • Difficulty giving up certain foods or habits
  • Hectic work / social lives
Don't worry I have been there myself and if you find it helpful I shall be including my own personal journey as a case study shortly to show you how you can moderate your lifestyle and budget to make it a healthier one. (keep an eye out for my upcoming case study section for more information).

From my own experiences you will see how I managed to change my lifestyle by cutting back on the alcohol, losing weight and improving my physical fitness - especially difficult after surgery on my L4/L5 disc in my lower back!
